Hello everyone!

In these uncertain times I wanted to encourage us all to take some time to just enjoy being with our children, to enjoy those little moments and forget about the worry of house work, our daily stresses and even homeschooling! 
 

Now more than ever it is so important to take care of our mental health! 
 

Each week I will post a ‘Feel good Friday’ video with an idea that you can do with your children at home! This isn’t homeschooling, this is setting time aside for some quality family time, enjoying one another and remembering that amongst the chaos we are all experiencing right now, we each have things we can be grateful for. I for one know that you all have amazing children who should make you incredibly proud.

Feel Good Friday (5th February 2021)

I loved getting an email from Saffa’s mummy telling me how much they enjoyed ‘feel good Friday’. Saffa and her mummy worked together to make some cakes that look delicious! I’m glad they enjoyed doing something fun together! 

Muhammad-Ameer has enjoyed an afternoon of baking with his mummy! He has followed the recipe that I recommend, I hope you enjoyed them! I am so glad that Ameer and his mummy enjoyed baking together ��
