This half term class 4 have been given Norway as part of our whole school project, and we will also be learning about the Olympics!

We did lots of research and note taking to learn about the history of the Olympics.

We learnt about where Norway is on a map compared to the UK.

We were lucky to work with Miss Smith to create a huge textile art piece as a class. We did this in the style of Norwegian textile artist, Else Marie Jakobsen.

We made a Norwegian flags with the peg boards!

We made Modroc trolls and rock trolls with Miss Smith!

We spent time on the balance bikes - so much fun!

We learnt about human and physical features in Norway!

We played in the Whitefield Euros! We did so well!

We did a trim trail challenge to test if all humans are the same in sports! This was our podium.

We learnt about baptisms.

We recapped everything we have learnt in Year 1!

We designed and made fruit kebabs in DT!

We got a visit from the ice cream van to end an amazing year! We are so lucky.
