This was the last week of our home learning and just like every week Ismail has done some fantastic home learning!
Ismail has worked so hard during these times and I am so proud with the progress he has made with his writing. He is trying so hard with his letter formation and using his phonics to help him write words.
Ismail always enjoys completing the Maths activities and this week was no exception. He completed addition number sentences and also focused on number 10.
Ismail enjoyed jumping up his stairs, sounding out and reading the CVC words as he jumped. Doesn't Ismail suit his new hair style!
Throughout the term, our focus has been mini-beasts so Ismail made a puppet of each one we learnt about. He even made a mini-beast home.
Ismail made a beehive, using bubble wrap and used his thumb to make the bee. He has tried using different ways to create mini-beasts. His favourite was painting the butterfly symmetrically by folding the paper in half and also the spider web.
Ismail's Mummy shared her favourite book with him, Funnybones. He really enjoyed the book and they decided to do a little skeleton dance. You've got to watch it, it is fantastic!!
It has been an absolute pleasure receiving Ismail's home learning every week. I know I have really enjoyed seeing what he has been doing and so have the other children.
Well done Ismail, it has been an absolute pleasure teaching. I hope you have a wonderful summer holiday!!
