Today Class 7 planted “Wangari’s cherry tree” We chose to be responsible for doing this and for planting the bulbs in our school gardens.
Today in assembly we learnt about Wangari Maathai who was an amazing women who took responsibility for her village. We looked on our globe to see where Kenya was in the world. We made a list of things we can do to improve our school.
Class 7 are taking responsibility for the playground and keeping it clean. Our school value is RESPONSIBILITY this half term so you will find their names on our class values tree.
