Literacy
In Literacy we started off by learning and forming the first few initial letter sounds from the 'Letters and Sounds' document. Parents - you can google this document and the teaching sequence will come up - this will let you know the order in which we teach the different phonemes.
We have done lots of practising in phonics sessions this term and some of us are able to write simple sentences already!!
The teachers are all very proud of you!

Please could all parents help their children to learn the phonemes that are stuck inside their 'Humpty Book'?
The teachers are all so pleased with how much help the children are getting at home with their reading books.
