  Just a reminder from our School Council that children can wear non-uniform or something ‘spotty’ and bring £1 to help raise money for ‘Children in Need’ tomorrow. 

• School meals during half term

  You will have heard that the Government have chosen not to help families with free school meals over the half term break. A group of local businesses in East Lancashire have come together to provide food for any families who may need help with this during the half term break. Parents can book meals at www.holidayhungereastlancs.com and meals/food hampers will be delivered on Monday. Please do not hesitate to contact them if you need the support during this difficult time.

• Positive Covid case in Class 8

  We have had a positive case of Covid-19 confirmed in Class 8.  Class 8 therefore have to isolate as a result, as the children have been in close contact with the positive case.  The children will need to isolate until Thursday 29th October. Remote learning will be uploaded onto the Class 8 page of the school website and hard copies are also available for collection from the school office after 9am on Monday.
